AMP Life Portal

Now that we are part of the Resolution Life Group, we’ve created our own customer portal – AMP Life Portal, which will replace both the web and mobile MyAMP app for all your AMP Life products. AMP Life Portal will launch on Monday 14 June.
 
We want to make your online experience with us smooth and straightforward. We’ve listened to your feedback and worked with customers to understand what’s important, to make sure we deliver the service you expect, and a solution tailored to your needs. 

AMP Life Portal is designed to help you take control of your insurance and investments and provide you with a personalised, consistent digital experience across all your devices. You can use your mobile phone, tablet or computer to self-serve anytime, anywhere making it easy for you to access your policy details and statements, make changes to your AMP Life product, find forms and to contact us.

Limited services period

In the short term, the way you complete or submit requests with AMP Life regarding your AMP Life products will be different. From Saturday 22 May until Monday 14 June 2021, there’ll be a limited services period as we transition from MyAMP to AMP Life Portal.

Important: This limited services period will only impact your AMP Life products. AMP products will not be affected during this time, and you will continue to use MyAMP for your AMP products, if you have any.

During the limited services period, we’ve put interim processes in place to allow you to still complete or submit requests with AMP Life.

Below is an overview of the interim processes in place from Saturday 22 May to Monday 14 June. If you can’t find what you need below, or have further questions, please reach out to your adviser or call us on 133 731.

Activities Interim Process
Managing my reversionary beneficiaries, either nominating, changing or cancelling (reversionary online form) To manage your reversionary beneficiaries online, please download and complete the relevant form, which you can find here.

When you’ve completed the form, please submit it through our Contact Us form here.

Please note that you won’t be able to update your beneficiaries via MyAMP from Saturday 22 May 2021.
Managing my non-binding beneficiaries, either nominating, changing or cancelling To manage your non-binding beneficiaries, please download and complete the relevant form, which you can find on here.

When you’ve completed the form, please submit it through our Contact Us form here.

Please note that you won’t be able to update your beneficiaries via MyAMP from Saturday 22 May 2021.
Managing my binding beneficiaries (paper form) To manage your beneficiaries with our paper form, please download, print and complete the relevant form, which you can find here.

Once you’ve completed the form, follow the instructions listed on the form to submit it to us.

Updating my details, such as my:

  • email
  • phone numbers
  • address
  • payment details
  • TFN, and
  • my communication preferences.
Simply complete the Contact us form available here. On this form, under Step 3: Your enquiry, please outline which details you’d like updated.

Please note that you won’t be able to update these details via MyAMP from Saturday 22 May 2021.
Granting account access to a third party From Saturday 22 May 2021, you won’t be able to request account sharing. We’ll update you when this function is available again. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Request for a quote for insurance, super or investment products You can simply follow the standard process, which is to contact your adviser or call us on 133 731 for a quote.
Making a claim Please note that from Saturday 22 May 2021, you won’t be able to notify us that you intend to make a claim via MyAMP. You can download and complete the relevant forms to make a claim here.

Access AMP Life Portal on launch day

If we have your email address, you’re all set to register for AMP Life Portal on 14 June. If we haven’t got your email address, please update your details with us today so you can register for AMP Life Portal. (Please allow up to 5 business days for your email address to update.)
