AMP Life Central coming soon

A new portal for AMP Life products

We are excited to announce our new integrated digital solution - AMP Life Central.

As part of AMP Life’s strategy to become a data driven, digital business we’ve invested in new technology. AMP Life Central will replace Planner Portal and Salesforce, and both our web and mobile MyAMP app.

It’s important to note - You will continue to use AMP Planner Portal to service your customers for AMP products and services now and after the launch of AMP Life Central.

A simple digital experience

When we started separating from AMP’s systems, it became clear our online offering needed to reflect our relationship with you, as a product manufacturer, focused solely on servicing existing customers.

We want to make your online experience with us simple and smooth. We’ve listened to your feedback and worked with customers to understand what’s important, to make sure we deliver the service you expect, and a solution tailored to your needs that’s easy to use. Rest assured we will have some walkthrough videos to help you find your way around.

We know from experience trying to deliver a perfect technology solution is complex and can take years. So, from the beginning we’ve had the goal of delivering a simple digital experience that can evolve. To help us stay true to this we used four design principles:

  • make it simple
  • make it consistent
  • make it reliable
  • deliver it accurately.

Focusing on what’s important

To make sure the technology meets your needs we’ve worked with advisers to determine what’s important. We aim to deliver a digital experience over time that:

  • improves your day-to-day interactions with us 
  • reduces your cost to serve with simple self-service options 
  • provides a more personalised experience for customers 
  • helps streamline our team processes  
  • and delivers a consistent experience for everyone.

We will continue to work with this group as we test, rollout and enhance the technology over time.

A personalised experience for customers

AMP Life Central provides customers with a personalised experience tailored specifically to the AMP Life products they have. Instead of using MyAMP customers will use AMP Life Central, which provides a consistent digital experience across all devices, so they can self-serve or request service anytime, anywhere.

In the lead up to the launch of AMP Life Central in June/July, there will be more information available. Keep an eye out for updates via the AMP Product Journal and your AMP Life Business Partnerships team.
